The Things He Does...

How my four year old eats a Grapefruit...unsupervised.

Take a wild guess who's not allowed in the fridge without supervision. If only that worked...

  2. Too funny! The tricky thing about rules without supervision is...no one's around to supervise and make sure they're being followed :)

  3. I'm impressed at how much he gets out. I always have a bunch left inside that I can't scoop out, of course that would be because I eat mine with a spoon. It appears we have different methods! ; )

  7. I found my 3-year-old eating an orange by himself the other day and the next day I found most of the peel in my work bag. Good source of fiber, right?

  11. Yeah, there was definitely more sugar in there to start with...although I can't blame him, I'd need a jar of sugar to eat those things too.

  12. Oh yes, we have one of those children who gets in the fridge and does his own thing. He too, has been banned but somehow forgets his bannishments and falls into the tempation. And here is the thing, he is way old enough to clean up so we would not be the wiser...but alas he is not.

  13. Hey, I am impressed that of all the things he would pick to eat outside of supervision....it would be a GRAPEFRUIT. Seriously......it would take supervision for me to choke one down...

  14. yea, if you do figure out a way to keep your youngest out of the fridge, please pass it on. My 2 yr old is in there all the time!

But I guess if he's going after food on his own, it's a good thing he's picking something healthy!

  15. We have the same rule that we've had to implement several times due to ice cream sandwiches and Ritz crackers found behind the toilet. Yeah, gross.

  18. That's awesome.

I don't even want to tell you how many fridge locks my kids destroyed over the years.

  19. yes, a jar of sugar most definitely would be needed to eat a grapefruit!

Sarah took potatoes and cut them to bit on the coffee table last year. I can still see the scratches.thank goodness for hand-me-down furniture!
