Of Course They Did...

I guarantee you, that this is in fact not how I meticulously arranged my nativity set.

I have a certain eight year old to thank for this lovely display of the baby Jesus' birth.

Which led me to to sigh my most favorite expression as of late...of course they did...

Boys...they keep life interesting.  Everyone should have at least three.

  2. Haha! So cute! I never knew how I was going to find my nativity sets also when my guys were little. My mom bought them a plastic set that we kept in the living room so they could "re-arrange" it all they wanted. Found Baby Jesus in the fridge once!

  3. I hate to tell you this - but it doesn't get better. My sons, now 30 and 28, still 'hide' Baby Jesus every year when they visit. Somehow it's become a Christmas tradition.

  4. I have always been surrounded by girls my whole life. I had four girls. My youngest finally brought two boys into the family and she sure knows what it is like to have a 2 & 4 year old around the house.

  5. I used to rearrange our Nativity set when I was growing up. For some reason my three boys didn't touch it. Now we are getting my grandson a Little People Nativity set so he can play with it.

  6. That used to be my most favoritest thing to do! I spent hours doing it.
And think about it...there are waaaaay worse things they could be doing.
    I love boys!

  7. Twos enough more me thanks! But I'm sure one more makes it extra "fun".

  8. Amen! Boys make life so incredibly entertaining.

I just had seven of them at my house for 3 days. ;)

  9. "Of course they did"...that SO describes my life. Even though Little Darth just joined us in October, his two older brothers are making up for his inability to contribute to the mayhem. :)

  10. That's hilarious...and much nicer than what our adopted college boys did with our sheep...horrifying. :\ At least I'm learning first hand what to teach my 2 boys NEVER to do!!!

  11. I've only got girls myself, but growing up I was the lone girl amongst three boys and there was never a dull moment :)
